Pricing and quotations

Any fee ranges shown on this website are indicative planning figures based on recent engagements. In other words, they are not offers and are not binding. Government, authority and third-party charges are outside our control, are passed through at cost, and are subject to change by the relevant body without notice. Instead, a binding fee is set out only in a written quotation or engagement letter issued by us.

Our services

We provide services with reasonable care and skill in accordance with applicable UAE professional standards. Certain outcomes depend on decisions made by third parties — government authorities, free zone bodies, banks and regulators. As a result, we cannot guarantee approval of any licence, visa, bank account or application, and we do not accept liability for a decision made by such a third party.

Your obligations

You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information and documentation, to inform us promptly of any material change, and to comply with UAE law including anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer requirements. We may decline or discontinue an engagement where required information is not provided or where we have reasonable concerns regarding legality.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, our liability arising from any engagement is limited to the professional fees paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Similarly, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or economic loss, including loss of profit, revenue or opportunity. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, graphics, design, code and logos — is owned by AONE BIZ or its licensors and protected by applicable law. You may view and print content for your own reference. However, you may not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit it without our prior written permission.

Governing law
