Accountants first
Formation advice comes from the firm that will keep your books, file your tax and sign your audit. That changes what we recommend, because we live with the consequences.
AONE BIZ Dubai is an advisory firm where chartered accountants, licensed auditors and government-relations specialists work under one roof — supporting 2,500+ UAE businesses since 2014.
AONE BIZ began as a chartered accounting and audit practice in Dubai. Company formation was never the plan — it arrived because clients kept bringing us structures that someone else had set up badly, and asking whether they could be fixed.
Often they could not be fixed cheaply. A free zone licence sold to a business whose customers were all UAE-based. Activity codes that did not cover half of what the company actually invoiced for. A shareholding arrangement that created a corporate tax problem the moment the regime arrived. Books so far behind that the first audit took three months instead of three weeks.
So we started doing formation ourselves, from the accountant's side of the table. Every jurisdiction recommendation we make is stress-tested against the tax, reporting and audit consequences before it reaches you. That is a slower sales conversation and a much better outcome.
Today we run from Dubai and Sharjah with 30+ chartered accountants, licensed auditors, tax specialists and PRO professionals, supporting businesses across every emirate — and we still measure ourselves on renewals and referrals rather than on new licences closed.

Not slogans. Six structural differences you can verify in the first month of working with us.
Formation advice comes from the firm that will keep your books, file your tax and sign your audit. That changes what we recommend, because we live with the consequences.
No hand-off from a sales agent to an operations desk to an accounts team. The person who scopes your work owns it, and you never repeat your story.
Government fees shown separately from our fee and passed through at cost. Fixed monthly retainers for ongoing work. No open-ended hourly billing on compliance.
Formation, bookkeeping, VAT, corporate tax, audit, PRO and legal. One version of your numbers, one accountable relationship.
Licence renewals, visa expiries, VAT returns, corporate tax filings and audit dates sit in a live compliance calendar with escalation well before they bite.
English, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu and Malayalam. Complex tax and residency conversations should not happen in your second language.
These are the standards our clients hold us to, and the ones we screen new team members against.
If the UAE is not right for you yet, if your file is weak, if a cheaper option exists — you hear it on the first call, not after the invoice.
We do not hand you a form and wish you luck. If a submission is rejected, we fix it and we absorb the rework.
Positions are recorded when they are taken. If a regulator asks in year three, the evidence already exists in your file.
A named consultant with a direct line. Not a ticket queue, not a shared inbox, not a chatbot.
Activity codes, external approvals and audit expectations differ by industry. We have already walked these paths.
General trading licences, customs registration, import-export documentation and inventory-heavy audit files.
Professional licences, entity structuring and qualifying free zone income analysis for service revenue.
E-commerce licensing, payment gateway requirements, SaaS revenue recognition and cross-border VAT.
RERA-linked activities, contractor classifications, project accounting and escrow-aware reporting.
DHA, MOHAP and KHDA approval pathways, and the genuinely extended timelines they require.
Municipality and food-control approvals, multi-outlet payroll, WPS and tight-margin reporting.
DIFC and ADGM structures, regulatory capital considerations and AML programme design.
Law firms, engineering consultancies and clinics — partnership structures and professional licensing.
Industrial licensing, warehousing, ICV certification and cost accounting for production businesses.
One named consultant owns your file from the first call through to licence, visa and first filing. These are the people who sign the work.
Outcomes from businesses we have formed, rescued, audited and grown alongside.
We would rather send you to the reviews than select which ones you see. Every rating below is on our Google Business Profile, written by clients, and outside our control to edit.
Worked with us? A review helps other UAE founders decide who to trust — and takes about a minute.
A property developer building across continents. A pizza franchise scaling across Dubai. A supermarket group, a luxury watch dealer, a media house. Different sectors, same requirement — numbers that hold up.

Free zone authorities, the Department of Economy and Tourism and the Federal Tax Authority.

We hire audit seniors, tax specialists, accountants and business setup consultants — people who would rather explain a position properly than file it quickly.
We hold a professional training accreditation that is externally audited, not self-declared. In practice that means structured supervision, signed-off practical experience requirements, study leave and a training programme someone from outside the firm inspects — rather than a line in a job advert.
What else we offer: real client ownership rather than a narrow slice of a process, exposure across formation, accounting, tax and audit rather than one silo, and a partner group that reviews work rather than just signing it.
Send your CV and a short note about the work you want to be doing in two years to enquire@aonebiz.com with "Careers" in the subject line. We reply to every application.
We have advised UAE businesses for over 12 years, working from Dubai and Sharjah. In that time we have supported more than 2,500 companies across formation, accounting, audit, tax and residency.
Yes. Audit is delivered in-house by auditors licensed to practise in the UAE and accepted by the free zones where our clients operate. That is the structural difference between us and a business setup agency that refers audit work out to a third party.
Most of our clients are owner-managed businesses and SMEs — from single-shareholder consultancies to trading groups running multiple entities and fifty-plus staff. We are large enough to handle group consolidations and transfer pricing, and small enough that a partner still reviews your file personally.
Our consultants advise in English, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu and Malayalam. When a conversation concerns your tax position or your residency, being able to have it in your first language genuinely matters.
Yes. We serve clients across all seven emirates and their free zones, and a meaningful share of our client base is based overseas with UAE entities. Most engagements run comfortably by video call, secure document exchange and our on-the-ground PRO team.
Regularly — audit seniors, tax specialists, accountants and business setup consultants. If you are UAE-based with relevant experience, send your CV to our team and we will come back to you whether or not there is an immediate opening.
Whether you are starting, restructuring or cleaning up after someone else — the first conversation is free and genuinely useful.
Not a serviced desk and not an offshore back office. Our audit, tax and accounting teams sit together in Dubai, and the person who signs your file works in this room.

Tell us where you are in the process. We will come back with the right jurisdiction, a realistic cost range and a timeline — no obligation.
